Description

-Batman from “the Animated Series”
I used the official “light bluish gray suit with yellow belt and crest, dark blue mask and cape” Batman minifig and replace his Dark Blue cowl, cape, hips and gloves by black ones so I made a “purist” Batman from the animated series.
The official minifig was released in 2012; based on the classic comics version of the Caped Crusader.
The torso’s pattern is wonderful with the classic Yellow bat-logo, some muscle reliefs and a yellow utility belt which looks like the one from the animated series.

-Alfred Pennyworth:
This is the minifig from the set “7783: The Batcave - The Penguin and Mr Freeze’s Invasion” released in 2006, based on his comics/animated version.
This is a perfect minifig for the world’s best butler/support/sidekick/mechanic/nurse/mentor!
Wonderful pattern on his head and torso and a beautiful color scheme: just perfect! One of my favorite minifig in my complete collection!

-Nightwing:
This is the minifig from the polybag distributed with the DVD “Lego Justice League – Gotham City Breakout” in 2016.
This minifig is an update of the previous version, released in 2014 and based on his “New 52” suit. The torso is exactly the same, except the logo’s color (red turn to blue) to become the “Rebirth” version of Nightwing. I’m really happy that they return to his original color scheme. I always preferred his blue logo. His torso’s pattern contains also a new muscle pattern which is appreciable.
His head is also an update: now his eyes are white (and rather than red); he has a dual face printed: smiling and angry (now, his teeth are shown on his angry face. It is the opposite of the “New 52” minifig). He also has the same spiked hair part than the previous version.
He is armed with two Trans-Blue 4L bar which look more like lightsaber blades than escrima sticks…

-Robin:
My custom Robin based on the minifig from the set "10672: Defend the Batcave".
This is a great minifig to represent the world’s most famous sidekick: the Boy Wonder. He has a wonderful face with a beautiful green mask and a scary face very funny on the other side of his head. I really enjoy this hair piece which, according to me, looks like Jason Todd. His torso is really great! “R” logo, yellow pocket make it well detailed but not too much. Moreover, the classic muscle pattern is fun, like if Robin was a bodybuilder :-D
I replace his original red arms by green arms and his short cape by a standard size one.
